- Artichoke hearts

Kebabs are one of the quickest and in this case, healthiest ways to snack in between meals or even as a starter for your lunch or dinner. Thanks to the digestive and diuretics properties of the artichokes, these kebabs are ideal when looking after your waistline.
1. Prepare the ingredients: Open and drain the contents of all three containers: the artichokes, the olives and the anchovies. Once all the ingredients are well-drained, start skewering them onto the sticks. First the artichoke. Then the olive. Then the anchovy.
