- Artichoke hearts
- Lettuce leaves and lamb’s lettuce sprouts
- White cheese
- Cherry tomatoes
- Dried fruit and nuts
- Black olives
1. The base: Evenly distribute the lettuce leaves and lamb´s lettuce sprouts over a salad bowl. They will be the base for the other ingredients.
2. The salad: Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them randomly on top of the leaves. Cut the white cheese into small cubes and together with the olives, dried fruit and nuts, these will complete the accompaniment for the main ingredient: the artichoke hearts.
