- Artichoke hearts
- 1 tin of tuna
- 1 tomato
- Virgin olive oil
Quick and easy to prepare! Before you begin, get hold of a tin of Carfruit artichoke hearts.
1. Prepare the stuffing: Chop the parsley as finely as possible. Add it to the same bowl as the drained tuna. With the tomato, repeat the same steps; dice it finely, add it to the bowl with the tuna and parsley and mix.
2. Stuff the artichoke hearts: Open up the artichoke hearts. For this, a small dessert spoon will come in handy. Carefully pierce the heart of the artichoke with the spoon while trying to create a gap where later, the filling with be added until it overflows. Once the artichoke hearts are stuffed, to finish the process, place them onto a plate or tray which has been drizzled in the desired amount of oil.Recipes ← Volver a Recipes
